shineye handles the ragga beats most of the time, but watch out for his hiphop styles - although he is a trained musician most of his experience has come from sound system days as operator/mixer for Stockwell based youth sound Babyphonic. shineye set up WYNDRUSH RECORDS in '99 and dropped 8 stinging 7 inch versions of his riddim "Rhubarb & Custard" featuring Thunda and other local deejays.

Since then he has continued to run the street with The Dynasty at the same time as building beats for the reggae industry and developing youths around the way in local studios.

charlie parker (aka four:four) came up as a self taught musician playing guitar and saxophone with jazz, fusion and reggae bands, working with reggae promotion teams (World Promotions), labels (Power Records), artistes, and sound systems. In the late 80s he started a pre production studio in Brixton, which quickly became a place for upcoming and developing artistes to write, rehearse and record. He first linked with shineye back in '93 and later they formed WATCH NO FACE PRODUCTIONS. In 1994 he created the label fas fwd entertainments..

Producing tunes with local artistes and pressing twelves to try and bring in a deal wasn't happening - the industry wasn't ready. But the love of music and the talent and creativity that was around meant that tunes kept coming out that needing releasing - so the label got a name and the group started to grow.
Since then he has steered the label and the group thru a catalogue of 10 releases as well as holding up production responsibilities with Shineye in WATCH NO FACE Productions.
